FROM THE EDITORI have some exciting news to share! My debut full-length poetry collection Solving the World’s Problems has a cover and is up on my publisher’s website (click to continue). It’s really exciting, but it didn’t happen over night. In fact, I’d say it’s a collection 20 years in the making-since I started filling notebooks with rhymes and line breaks as a teenager.Finding success as a writer is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes dedication to the craft, building connections, and being professional. Of course, not all writers are built the same, and not all genres are as difficult to penetrate as poetry. This issue of the newsletter is dedicated to helping writers find success making money with their writing. I don’t think there’s a better way to transition into summer!Land an Agent! Learn how to hook an agent with your first 10 pages in The Agent One-on-One: The First Ten Pages Boot Camp presented by literary agent team at Talcott Notch Literary. Learn directly from the agents, ask questions, and receive specific feedback on your first 10 pages. Click to continue.Until next we meet, keep writing and marketing what you write.
