Our Team loves hearing about success stories, whether the stories are about well known or unknown individuals.

We enjoyed reading about Bill Gates, Jr. in a recent Fortune Magazine.

Bill talks about the good advice he received from his Dad, Bill Gates, Sr.
Bill Jr. said that his parents encouraged him to do things that he was not good at. Some of these activities were swimming, soccer and football.

At the time Bill Jr. felt that this advice was pointless, yet this advice, which he followed, helped to lead him to his success as a leader.

Now he says that this “fantastic advice” has led to activities that he now cherishes.
